Kavya Madhavan files anticipatory bail plea in High Court

In a shocking turn of events the popular Malayalam actress Kavya Madhavan and the wife of actor Dileep remanded in the abduction case of an actress, is likely to approach the High Court and file an anticipatory bail plea. The actress is likely to move for bail in the Kerala High Court Saturday itself through Dileep’s counsel Raman Pillai.

It was alleged that Kavya Madhavan knew the incident of actress abduction. Along with that, it was alleged that the prime accused Pulsar Suni had close alliance with Kavya Madhavan. The main accused Pulsar Suni, who was arrested by the police days after the assault on the actor, had reportedly mentioned to a certain ‘Madam’ several times in connection with the case, stating that she’d given him money but that she did not have a big role to play in the conspiracy. In August, Suni revealed that the ‘Madam’ he’d been talking about was Kavya Madhavan.

Dileep has been imprisoned for the last two months as the court remanded him over the controversial actress abduction and molestation case.  The actor stands accused of being the mastermind behind the abduction and assault of a prominent woman actor in February this year. Dileep’s fourth bail plea will come up before the Angamaly court on Saturday afternoon.
